For someone arriving in Singapore, the difficulty is rarely a single task that cannot be done. It is that no one is responsible for the joins between them. Closing that gap is the reason we exist.
Why this work
Because I have seen too much of it
Many have come to Singapore over the years; few have had a smooth time of it. Things stall in the places no one is responsible for. Advisers tend to take the profitable middle and leave the ends unattended; some providers present well and then fail to deliver. The client is left coordinating between them, spending their time and attention on precisely what should not have been their concern.
What I set out to build is simple enough: reconnect those parts, so the client no longer has to act as their own project manager.

I came to Singapore in 2008 to work in consulting and digital transformation for multinational firms. In the years since, most of my work has been leading and managing cross-border programmes: digital transformation across seven countries at two Temasek-linked companies, and advising banking clients in five Southeast Asian markets at Oracle.
What those years taught me is that a plan that reads well but never lands is worth nothing. The hard part of a cross-border programme is never one step on its own; it is the joins between parties, the pacing and the trade-offs. That is exactly what I do for clients today.
I also walked the full road from work pass to permanent residence in person, so I know where it tends to stall. Since founding PASSION INTERACTIVE, we have helped more than ten clients settle and build their footing in Singapore.

How we got here
Closing the gaps, one at a time
Since 2021, the scope of the work has grown out of problems clients actually ran into. Each step came from finding another part that no one was looking after.
- 2021 May
PASSION INTERACTIVE founded
Starting as a boutique consultancy serving the first clients arriving in Singapore. It became clear quickly that most of their difficulties were not single tasks, but the gaps between them, with no one responsible for the joins.
- 2023 January
Operational support added
Once settled, a client's business still has to run in Singapore. Brand, social media and PR support were added, so landing does not end on opening day.
- 2024 September
Corporate secretarial and residency brought into scope
A settled working relationship with licensed institutions brought corporate secretarial work, annual compliance and residency planning within the scope we coordinate, closing the loop between governance and residency. Clients no longer had to run between several providers themselves.
- 2025 July
Extended to investment and on-the-ground business resources
What clients needed next was to buy and sell businesses and place investments. We added shopfronts, licences and other physical business resources, helping clients' ventures build real economic substance in Singapore.
- 2026 January
One entity for the whole practice
The five parts built up over five years (residency, wealth, corporate, investment and operations) are now brought together under PASSION INTERACTIVE ADVISORY PTE. LTD. For clients, engagement, coordination and ongoing service all sit with a single entity.
